Meeting people where they are in life

Street Outreach means just that - stepping into the trenches, into the homeless camps and building relationships so we can identify the immediate needs of people and start to help change their lives. Our teams do not show up empty handed. They put together packages to hand out: tooth brushes, tooth paste, sandwiches, healthy snacks, socks, jackets, sleeping bags, bottled water and a list of resource possibilities currently active here in Sonoma County. We call these packages “Love Bombs. If you want to help fix the problem, first you must go to where the problem exists and build relationships. Unique challenges require customized solutions.

Getting the word out . We will be patnering up with other local Non profit orginazations seeking to meet the youth where they are . Homlesness amoung our youth is at an all time high.
