Mobile Warming Station and Emergency Shelter Services

On Dec 21st 2023 we attended a memorial for the 79 homeless people who died of exposure last year in Sonoma County. After the memorial we had a meeting and decided to try something new: a mobile warming unit and shelter to be dispatched to the unsheltered areas of Santa Rosa. Using two retired moving trailers we began our mobile warming station on Dec. 24th 2023.

We have been in the trenches for 38 nights in a row so far. We plan on serving the homeless through the winter as long as the donations keep coming in.It has been a wild ride so far and we couldn't have done it without your support as a community. We have been able to identify and help some of our county's most vulnerable people acquire services and some even housing.

We accept donations of sleeping bags , blankets, hand warmers, socks, personal hygiene , cup of noodle soups , easy mac , bottled water , gas cards ,umbrellas , rain gear etc .
